Made with sustainably wild foraged & cultivated plants from the hills of Stroud, Gloucestershire.
This batch of Sunshine Elixir was harvested on and around the summer solstice, so is full of mid-summer sunshine and solar energy.
The plants working together are Hypericum perforatum and Melissa officinalis, also known as St Johns Wort and Lemon Balm. Both powerful plant allies, well known for their uplifting and calming properties.
This elixir is sweetened with raw honey, and preserved in grain alcohol.
As I make small batches of medicine there is a limited supply until the next season, end of summer 2024.
